Sustainability was the biggest challenge for BriSA among their digital transformation efforts. To assure they were on the right track, BriSA chose Digitopia as its partner for measuring their digital maturity as a guide for sustainable progress. By way of Digitopia’s Digital Maturity Index, BriSA was able to identify its digital maturity score, incorporating digital growth recommendations and improvement opportunities into their current strategy. After six months from the initial study, during BriSA’s checkpoint review session, Digitopia assessed their progress to assure that the company in line with their target set by DMI. A 0.3-point improvement was recorded on BriSA’s digital maturity score. BriSA is dedicated to digital progress in line with the strategy set by DMI.
