In logistics, last-mile delivery has always been the most costly, most complicated, and most problematic piece of the puzzle. Several technological solutions have been developed over the past few years and are now in pilot phases.

These companies such as DoorDash, Getir, and Gojek are a new breed that carry the typical characteristics of new digital-born companies: hunger for growth, everything managed digitally, ultimate customer experience focus, and now industrial boundaries.
