Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Professional is accountable for creating demand generation through a marketing funnel, using a combination of digital and physical marketing actions. You will directly work with our Marketing Lead to promote work and drive conversion and traffic to achieve our objectives. The role focuses on execution as well as strategy and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Understand marketing support and creative needs, communicate those needs, generate estimates, secure approval, and diligently manage projects through implementation,
  • Drive for the measurable value that delivers growth for,
  • Be readily available to meet, via phone calls and video conferences,
  • Drive for collaboration, integration, and alignment of multichannel consumer touch-points, as well as stewardship of the overall customer experience
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between sales and install recruits, teammates, and the company, and ensure a positive customer-first experience
  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through top-level social media platforms
  • Proactively manage digital assets (i.e., website and social media channels) and digital communication efforts (i.e., SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, e-blasts, etc.)
  • Track, measure, and analyze KPIs (including but not limited to CPA, CPM, CPL CHURN, LTV, Time to Payback), using results to optimize digital marketing efforts
  • Provide fact-based clear, actionable reports and recommendations
  • Understand consumer dynamics, especially as it pertains to their use and expectations of content
  • Develop standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and repurposing, including the real-time implementation of integrated content strategies
  • Leverage data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to establish the assets
  • Oversee message curating to ensure all content created is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for search and user experience across channels
  • Assist with site administration and configuration, such as maintaining site redirects, search dictionaries, and data feeds
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly website reporting

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a reputable university from related departments,
  • Having a good command of written and spoken English is a must,
  • Experience in B2B Digital Marketing,
  • Strong knowledge of social media and email marketing,
  • Ability to develop new campaigns by analyzing previous ones,
  • Talented to work with the design team to create a strong visibility structure,
  • Sufficient know-how of website marketing,
  • Can quickly get used to different tools and technology
