Digital Maturity Explained: Dive Even Deeper… 

We are all used to performance measurement. Our children receive report cards from their school. We thereby understand their progress. Professionals have their performance reviews, as individuals, as a team, or as a company. Some of us get paid accordingly. Golfers, tennis players, and boxers all have a scorecard to measure their performance.  

Likewise, every company is measured in some way. At the very least, the person in charge looks at income and expenses. Otherwise one may run into trouble or even run out of business. The more mature a business gets, the better metrics and KPI’s they develop. NPS for the customer, OE for operations, ROI for technology, engagement index for people, and so forth.
