Adaptability is the New Name of the Game

We continued to run Digital Maturity Index (DMI) studies globally with organisations that span across different industries. The number of organisations that have participated in DMI studies increased from 104 in 2021 to 214 in 2022.

Our study found that banking is the industry with the highest digital maturity score with 3.19, followed by Automotive and Logistics, and with the Retail, Pharmaceutical, and Services industries at the bottom of the top 10 list.
