Feature Explanations

Benchmark compares an organization’s maturity score at each dimension to the scores of other organizations within the same sector.

Methodic Scoring tool is used to evaluate an organization’s maturity at each topic within the Maturity Index. The scoring is made on a scale of 1 to 5, with each level on the scale describing the maturity at that level.

Pitstops are quarterly sessions to assess an organization’s progress in terms of strategy, leadership, way/culture of working, and portfolio management.

Prioritization is a bubble chart, showing the importance, urgency, and resource need of the recommendations. Prioritization is made based on the organization’s current state, target state, ranking compared to others, and sectoral trends.

Recommendations are tailored suggestions to help organizations improve their maturity.

The roadmap is an action plan that outlines the projects an organization will take to improve its maturity. It is created by combining the recommendations with the organization’s own initiatives, and includes a timeline.

Seat refers to a user license that allows a designated user to access and use the platform’s features and tools.

An analysis that shows an organization’s balance across the six dimensions of digital maturity, allowing organizations to compare their balance to others.

Digitopia, rather than others, has a method that includes six different dimensions with a broader perspective instead of just dealing with an IT-based approach. That’s the biggest difference I’ve seen. At LC Waikiki, one of our OKRs is now the annual Digital Maturity Index score. Therefore, we decided to repeat the digital maturity measurement every year.

ŞERAFETTİN ÖZER, CDO

Digital Maturity is not a job that should be evaluated once a year and then put on the shelves to collect dust. Evaluating our actions every three months and six months allows us to see our progress and motivates us even more for our long-term goals.

One of the most important aspects of the process was the DMI Digital Maturity Index Study which allowed us to have a clear picture of where we are and to set our priorities in an objective manner.
